Account Issues

We reserve the right to declare any wager or transaction void in part or in full if we believe, in our sole discretion, that any of the following situations have occurred: 

1)The Account holder or those linked with the Account holder may have a direct or indirect influence on the result of an event;

2) The Account holder and/or those linked with the Casino Account holder are directly or indirectly violating the Lodi777 rules;

3) the result of an event or wager has been influenced directly or indirectly by criminal behavior;

4) the probabilities of an event have drastically changed as a result of public notice about the event;

5) Bets that would not have been accepted otherwise were allowed during moments when the Website was experiencing technical difficulties.

6) Bets have been offered, placed, or accepted as a result of an error, such as a typo, misprint, technological error, human error, force majeure, or otherwise.

If we suspend or close an Account for any reason, we reserve the right to close any future Accounts registered by the same person, device, or address or that use the same payment wallets or credit cards and to void/cancel all bets and transactions associated with that Account.

We provide two-factor authentication (2FA) as an added layer of protection against illegal use of your Account. You are responsible for keeping your login data/information private and ensuring that no one else can access it.

By creating an Account on the Website, you agree, declare, and warrant that:

Multi-Accounts

You may only sign up for (register for) and use one Account on the Website.

If you sign up for or attempt to register for more than one Account, we may, at our discretion, block or close any or all of your Accounts. Payouts

All winnings from a Game or event will be available on your Account once Platinum Technology N.V. has validated the result and settled the markets.

Lodi777 shall deduct prizes from your Account if it credits your Account with earnings that are not yours due to a technical or human error. Without prejudice to other rights and proceedings at law, you will owe Lodi777 the incorrectly paid amount if you withdraw money that is not yours before Lodi777 discovers the error. Incorrect crediting must be reported to Lodi777 promptly.

Lodi777 will perform extra verification and identification processes for every withdrawal or reserves the right to do such procedures at any level of withdrawal. To avoid money laundering, all transactions will be scrutinized.

Deposits

To be able to place bets and play for real money, you must first fund your account. You can cash in online at any moment by using your debit card, an e-wallet, a bank transfer, or any of the other accessible deposit methods. The Website’s “Deposit page” lists all accessible deposit options. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment on the website. Lodi777 does not accept third-party deposits (made by a friend, relative, partner, wife, or husband). All payments must be made using an Account/system or a credit card registered to the Account holder. If a charge is imposed by a financial transfer when transferring money to its rightful owner, the receiver will pay it.

Withdrawals

KYC documents and credit card photos (front and back) are required. The card number (with the first 6 and last 4 digits clearly visible, but the remaining digits and CVV / CVC code should not be visible) and bank statement, a copy of an identification document, proof of address, and ownership of any other payment method must be presented when claiming the withdrawal for the first time. The payment channel determines additional requirements.

A withdrawal request will be handled only if all wagering conditions have been completed.

It will be impossible to remove funds labeled “Bonus,” or funds stuck in an abandoned game.

You can only have one pending withdrawal (i.e., one that has been requested but has not yet been completed) per payment method at any given moment. Furthermore, depending on the method, you can only make one withdrawal request every 24 hours.

The maximum daily winning sum for a single Customer cannot exceed PHP 100,000 or the equivalent in the currency of your Account. The term “day” refers to the period of time between 00:00 and 23:59 time zones.

Account Closure

You may close your Account at any moment and request a withdrawal of the Account’s balance, subject to any withdrawal charges. To close your Account, you must first cancel all open bets and contact Website customer service. The Account will be effectively closed when Lodi777 is terminated. If the reason for the Account’s closure is connected to concerns about possible gambling addiction, you must notify Lodi777.

The mode of repayment is entirely at our discretion.

Lodi777 maintains the right to cancel and deduct any bonus amount provided to you if it is not used within one month of the day it was awarded.

Collusion and Cheating

Crashed and Discontinued Games

Lodi777 is not responsible for any downtime, server disruptions, lag, or other technical or political impediments to gameplay. Refunds are granted entirely at Lodi777’s discretion.

Lodi777 is not liable for damages or losses caused by the Website or its content, including delays, data loss, communication failures, misuse, errors, or omissions.

If the casino system fails, all bets are lost.
